Peanut Butter Banana French Toast

Ingredients
8 slices Wonder Bread, Smartwhite
1 large banana
4 tbsp Skippy Peanut Butter Spread, Natural, Creamy, with Honey
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Fat-free Gourmet Half & Half
2 large eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Spread peanut butter onto one side of the bread.
Drizzle with honey (optional - I use the peanut butter that has the honey in it so I don't have to add any extra points)
Slice bananas long ways and place on the peanut buttered side of the two of the slices of bread
Make sandwich out of pieces of bread
Mix egg mixture together
Dip sandwich into mixture and coat well
Spray griddle with no-stick spray (can use butter, but be sure to add in the extra points)
Place onto hot griddle (350-375 degrees) and cook to a golden brown (3-4 minutes) on each side.

Simple French Toast

Want to bring smiles to the faces of everyone in your home, then whip up some French Toast. Who doesn't like French Toast - and it's not just for breakfast you know!

You will most likely have everything you need to make French Toast already in your kitchen...

Ingredients:
white bread
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
ground cinnamon
butter

Directions:
- In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla together until the eggs are well blended.
- Heat butter over medium-high heat in a pan or griddle
.

- Once griddle or pan is ready, dip the bread slices into egg mixture making sure to coat both sides. (This step could take a little practice. Leave it too long and the bread falls apart, not long enough and the bread doesn’t get coated.)
- Once bread is coated, sprinkle with cinnamon and place in pan or on griddle.

- Cook the bread until it is golden brown and then flip it and cook the other side until it is golden brown as well.

- Remove from griddle and serve on a your finest china with syrup and/or powdered sugar.

Who am I trying to kid? Your family won't care if it's on your finest china or not, so whip out those paper plates and enjoy having one less dish to wash!
