Chex Mix

Ingredients:
1/2 c butter
2 T season salt
2/3 c Worcestershire sauce
2T garlic powder
1/2 T ground mustard
1/4 - 1/2 T curry, to taste (optional)
4 cups honey nut chex
4 cups rice chex
4.5 cups corn chex
6 oz pretzels
2 cups nuts (I use peanuts and cashews)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 250.

While oven is pre-heating, put the stick of butter in your large roasting pan and put it in the oven to melt the butter at the same time.

Remove pan once butter is melted and combine all of your seasonings with the butter.

Then add your cereal, nuts and pretzels. (I add my honey chex first since they are sweet and the mixture is a bit spicy, that way they even each other out a bit.) Stir well and be sure to get the majority of your cereal mix coated.

Heat for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Spread mixture on paper towels for approximately 30 minutes to cool.

Eat and enjoy!
